Granting Access to Your Google Ad Grants Account
The person you want to grant access to needs a Google Account with a verified email address. This can be a gmail.com email or a corporate email that has a Google account.
The person you grant access to will be able to see all of your Google Ad Grants account data, such as campaigns and keywords. They can also add new campaigns and edit existing ones.
You can also remove a user's access at any time. We explain to you in a simple way how to give access and how to remove someone from your Google Ad Grants account.
- Sign in to your Google Ad Grants account.
- Click the Tools icon at the top right, then click Account Access in the "Configuration" section.
- Click the More button.
- Enter the email address of the user to add.
- Click Send Invitation.
- When the invitation is accepted, you will receive a notification in your account.
If you need to revoke your invitation, click Revoke in the "Actions" column. After that, you have to redo the process to add the user once more.
If someone invites you to access a Google Ads account, you will receive a confirmation email. To accept, click on the link provided in the email and follow the steps on the screen.
- Sign in to the Google Ad Grants account.
- Click the Tools icon at the top right, then click Account Access in the "Configuration" section.
- In the "Actions" column, click Remove access.

If you do not have access to your Google Ad Grants account because you have forgotten your username or password, you can follow a few steps to recover it .
- First, try to log in with the same username and password that you used when signing up for the account.
- If that doesn't work, make sure your email address is correct. Google Non Profit and Google Ad Grants access is normally the same.

In order to ensure that you regain access to your Google Ad Grants account, you must provide the necessary information about the identity of the user:
- Name and email address of the last person who managed the account
- Registration number The charity
- URL of the nonprofit website
